LOCATIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivering 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy
- Collecting and graphing daily data, implementing behavior intervention plans
- Taking direction from program supervisor
- Detailed documentation of session progress and program modifications
- Upkeep of ABA program using app based system
- Other duties as requested.

Autism ProCare is seeking to hire a per-diem Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct or indirect supervision and performance of assessments and evaluations in the home-based/community setting for ABA services. At least 6 months of experience in supervision is required.
LOCATIONS:
Positions available in New Jersey: Bergen, Passaic, and Hudson County.
- Provide direct/indirect supervision to ABA therapists assigned to cases
- Perform initial evaluations and conduct assessment (required to administer assessments using the VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R)
- Design curriculum plans and update on a regular basis
- Design behavior intervention plans and update on a regular basis
- Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
- Write summary report for each supervision
- Regular communication with parents, ABA therapists and administrative staff
- Collaborate with teams on a bi-weekly basis
- Offer feedback and resources to families and support families with carry-over techniques and or with questions.
- Maintain Quality Assurance and therapy control.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Autism ProCare is seeking to hire a per-diem employee RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to provide direct individualized home-based/community setting ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. RBT’s will be providing services under the supervision of assigned Board Certified Behavior Analyst. At least 6 months of experience working with children ages 0 – 18 is required.
LOCATIONS:
Positions available in New Jersey: Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic County.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community based environments
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
- Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
- Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
- Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in team meetings and training workshops
- Follow policies and procedures of Autism ProCare.
